Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

We post our order processing times on the top right of our home page and adjust as necessary. Please anticipate extended processing times during sales. Normally, we will process your order within 1 - 3 days, but during sales, processing can take as long as 1 to 2 weeks. Once your order is processed, your order will ship out the next morning.

SHIPPING FEES

Our shipping fee for stickers, die cuts, and decals is a flat rate regardless of how many you order. For “specialty items” like sticker books, T-shirts, tote bags, etc., shipping fees are based on weight. If your order is over $100, we will insure your package at no cost to you.

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship via USPS and most orders will be delivered within 7 - 10 days within the US and could take up to two months for International customers.

LATE OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Does your tracking show “Arriving Late”? This is very normal, and there is still a very good chance your order will arrive. If two weeks pass after the last tracking update with no further updates, please contact us at shinestickerstudio@gmail.com

Does your tracking show “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package? This is very common, and it is still likely you will receive your order within a few days. However, we encourage you to contact or visit your local post office to see if they can track where it was actually delivered to, using their GPS coordinates. Oftentimes, orders are delivered at a neighboring house or even the same house number on a neighboring street. If it was delivered somewhere else, we strongly recommend you visit your neighbors to recover your order. If your shipment is not able to be recovered, please email us at shinestickerstudio@gmail.com ASAP or within 3 days of expected delivery so that we can try to help recovery efforts.

You will need to create an account with the USPS if you do not already have one. Once the form is completed, the USPS will email you updates regarding their search. Please allow up to 7 days for recovery efforts and if it still doesn't turn up, please email us at shinestickerstudio@gmail.com and we’ll try to work with you to get a replacement order.
